Marc is released as a Gacha Banner about 2 month after the CN version of Tower of Fantasy came out. Going with the China chain, Marc could be released around October.

Based on how Global Simulacrum is being released under a other order So far, it's anyone's guess when he'll make his debut.

Fully charged weapons deal damage equal to 137% ATK with the next attack and inflict pain on the target for 7 seconds, get more 20% Damage.

Guardian

Omni Shield

Mecha / Double Smash / Impact Slash's basic attack will grant 1 Mecha Energy points. In 20 point, convert 20% HP your current to [Omni Shield] with 1,5 times Your max HP (can't exceed 1,5x max HP and heal reduced by 50% while active). The shield exists in 15 seconds and cannot be obtained if you are under 10% HP.

After this period, 66,7% the remaining shield value is converted to HP, and hitting a weak target will gain 2 energy point.

When activating the effect, converts the active HP shield to [Omni Shield]. Other HP shields cannot be obtained while active.

6 ★	While [Omni Shield] is active, Physical Resistance gains double and create a Dominion effect. [Omni Shield] can be obtained when another Weapon Skill or Spark Skill hits the target while the shield is active.

Sobek*3	A good alternative to SSR damage chips if you don't have them. Very useful against groups of mobs, i.e. in Bygone Phantasm.
