Was Mongrels is a unique real-time strategy game that takes players to a world war II scene full of hardships and pain on the eastern front. There, it is the little-noticed happenings that contain many stories of courage and comradeship, but also a lot of darkness and human sin.

In the game, the player will be confronted with two opposing mental forces. Driven by propaganda and a belief in a noble cause, the game's heroic characters have found their mission in fending off the invading Nazi forces. From children, they grew up and realized the importance of stopping the atrocities of war, fighting together to bring about peace and end the suffering of many.
