How to defeat enemies in Honkai: Star Rail

| Enemy battle system

1. Look for the enemy's elemental weakness!

2. Use the right character to fight the enemy.

3. Activate the weak point by using the right elemental system!

4. Surprise enemies in the open world.

| Find elemental weakness

All enemies in Honkai: Star Rail have a weakness that is expressed as icon near the name of them! In the open world or Simulated Universe, when you are away from some enemies, a small bar will appear above their heads to indicate the enemy elemental weakness.

At stages like Calyxes or Domain like Forgotten Hall, Stagrant Shadow and Echoes of War, these elemental systems will be visible after you interact with them. However, although there are Proposed element system Before starting, the enemy still has its own weak point.

| Use the character of that elemental system

Before starting any match, you must consider whether your character is suitable for the elemental system in which the enemy has weak points. In the open world, Stagrant Shadows, and in the Simulated Universe, you can come close to a distance certain before the enemy detects you.

This means you can prepare and change your character to have the right elemental systems for your enemies! In Domains or Calyxes, you just need to add characters with the right elemental system.

| Breaking the weak point will interrupt the enemy's attack

Attacking an enemy with the right elemental system will cause a weakness break. All enemies have an extra shield on their health and reducing this by attacking with the right elemental will cause them to fall into a state interruption, cannot attack for one turn or several turns.

| Ambush system against enemies

Characters can't use most of their skills outside of battle mode except Technology their. Technology Can be used to attack enemies or support teammates!

Using Techniques or attacking enemies with the right elemental system in the open world or other similar modes will make you ambush the enemy. However, you must do this before the enemy detects you, or they will ambush you instead of vice versa.
