| What is a light cone?
The light cone is equivalent to Weapons in Honkai: Star Rail. You can equip your character with a Light Cone to make them stronger. But note that only characters with the right Destiny can activate the light cone's passive ability.
Explanation of Light Cone's passive activation
Characters equipped with the Light Hat of another Destiny will still receive it stat rewards of the light cone, but will not be able to activate the passive ability.
To use the full potential of the Cone of Light, it is best to pair it with a character with Destiny.

You can get the Light Cone by using Star Rail Passes to shoot any Warp Banner, but note that the 5-Star Cone of Light cannot be obtained from the Character Event Banner.
