This Shinobu healer sacrifices himself to buff the group +20% ATK powered by Millelith Set Endurance with more resilience. Farming this Relic set can also work with Resin if you need the Envelope of Bright Dreams for Itto, Yun Jin, or Gorou.

Shinobu's Elemental Skill gather DMG off the field and healing into a talent. That is supposed to be her key defining trait and should be leveled up first. Next will be her Elemental Mastery while her Basic Attacks can be left alone.

Spread electricity beyond the field & provide healing

Kuki Shinobu can easily Disperse Lightning in a small AoE around her when that lasts for 12 seconds. It will also heal the current member that scales from Kuki Shinobu's max HP.

Heal stronger with lower HP

When HP is lower, Kuki Shinobu will create more powerful healing waves. Kuki Shinobu can easily be in this state because of her Elemental Skill 20% HP every time it is used. Make sure to switch characters immediately or Kuki will recover her lost HP.

Shinobu's Elemental Mastery deals Enemies multiple Lightning attacks in AoE. This becomes more powerful when you use it together with other elements like Water and Fire to create a variety of reactions. This skill's personal damage is also derived from Max HP by Kuki Shinobu.
