Baiyuekui character release date

Baiyuekui is released as a Gacha Banner about 1 month after the CN version of Tower of Fantasy came out. Going with the China chain, Baiyuekui could be released really very soon.

When the weapon is fully charged, the next attack will paralyze target in 1 seconds and electrify them for 6 second. Negates all effects and deals damage equal to Present in several = 144% ATK. Targets cannot receive any effects in 6 next second.

War Intent

When entering combat, activate War Intent, increase Present in several = 15% ultimate damage your body but accelerate the aging of your cells (loss of 1% Your current HP after each 5 second). The effect disappears when leaving battle or switching weapons. If your HP drops below Present in several = 50%, cell aging will stop but the increased damage from War Intent remains (switching weapons causes the effect to disappear).

2 ★	16% increase ATK Basics of current weapons.
3 ★	Increase Present in several = 15% breaking borders. Breaking the shield unleashes a burst of damage instantly at the target's location, cause Present in several = 680% ATK for goals within or Present in several = 1500% ATK if there is only one target in range.
4 ★	32% HP increase Basics of current weapons.
5 ★	When attacked, automatically activate a block 1 seconds (immediately disabling crowd control), one hit block up to Present in several = 20% Max HP your. Performing a basic attack during the block time will start a counterattack , cause Present in several = 240% ATK and launch to the target in the air, cooldown is 18 second.
6 ★	When in the area of Launch Skill electricity or Phantasia, activate Intent of War in 7 seconds, increase Present in several = 40% your ultimate damage and stop cell aging (switching weapons causes the effect to disappear).

Shiro*2	Increases Alaya's overall damage and armor break.
Crow*2	High damage matrix is set up when you have a high crit.
Samir*4	Alaya may have a hard time maintaining buff stacks, but it can be done while the discharge attack is active.
Sobek*3	A good alternative to SSR damage chips if you don't have them. Very useful against groups of mobs, i.e. in Bygone Phantasm.
