Tian Lang is released as a Gacha Banner about 8 month after the CN version of Tower of Fantasy came out, and is still an active banner as of this writing. This makes him Latest Simulacrum added to China version.

Matrix set	Effect
Samir*2	The highest damage buff can be maintained with Powerbreak's multiple hits and quick attacks.
Crow*2	High damage matrix is set up when you have a high crit.
TianLang*4	Not ideal as Thien Lang's matrix works in the background and should be used on a less frequently used weapon, but still viable. In addition, Thien Lang's 2-piece set can also be used on its own.
Sobek*3	A good alternative to SSR damage chips if you don't have them. Very useful against groups of mobs, i.e. in Bygone Phantasm.
