Using Disintegrate drains energy slowly, this energy will recover while Disintegrate is not being used.
41	Meteor	Summons a giant meteor that descends from the sky, dealing X damage and stunning all enemies in the area for 3 seconds. The ground is scorched, scorching enemies dealing Y damage for 6 seconds.

| Arcane Wind

Arcane Wind is one of the best spells in the Wizard's arsenal simply because it's needed to produce one of the best damage responses for the class: Firestorm. This heavy AoE spell, when paired with a late game weapon like the Windshaper, will ease you through PvE and PvP content.

| Teleport

Move is the Mage's go-to pick for movement options. Equipped with 3 attack points helps change location instantly, this skill easily becomes one of the best when it comes to getting out of sticky situations or creating damage opportunities in both PvE and PvP.

| Disintegrate

For PvE, disintegrate is the king of AoE damage. Pair it with Refraction of Ice Crystal and you have a skill that can melt mobs and bosses easily. Although stationary during cast, Disintegrate's raw damage deals more than make up for its rather lackluster gameplay.

Although not necessarily the best from the start, but Meteor features in most late-game PvE and PvP builds as modified by Starcaller's Brearies and Starcaller's Drapery. By giving it a larger AoE and constant Burn DoT effects, Meteor has changed to be the perfect setup for Firestorm PvE reactions or PvP area denial.

These are the best weapons and armor for Mage in the current meta. Each of these items greatly improves some of the Wizard's key skills and is vital to most late-game builds out there.

Among them, the best to come early is Windshaper , and Unrepentant Gale, since most agile late game builds use react Firestorm for great effect.
