| Ascension material spending

In the menu Character Details, select a character and select Level up at the bottom right of the screen.

This will require you to use Leveling Up Materials such as Roaming Guides, Expedition Diaries or travel knowledge to upgrade your character for the first 20 levels.

Many Level Up Materials This can be obtained from monster slaying, Simulated Universe, Hall of Oblivion, artificial calyx, or while exploring new locations on the map.

| Level up your character after 10 levels

When a character reaches level 20, the amount and type of Level Up materials will change. This is called Character Level Up, occurs every 10 levels starting at level 20 and continuing until a maximum level of 80.

Each character's Level Up Materials (after level 20) requirements are all different, so some characters will take longer to level up while others take shorter time.

| Requires Exploration and Balance Levels to Level Up

Required Level of Exploration and Balance required before you can continue to Level up your character. If you don't meet these requirements, you won't be able to upgrade your character beyond their current level.

For each character's 1st, 3rd and 5th level up, you will receive one Free Planet Tickets which you can use to spin the character Banner.

| Access to more Traces

Some Locked Traces below the minimum Character Level Up levels. Make sure to level up your character to access more powerful Traces and maximize your character's abilities.
