| Check server status

One of the first things you should do is check the server is online or under maintenance.

There is currently no server status page that allows you to see if a server is under maintenance. But you can check the page Official Honkai Twitter: Star Rail for any notifications if the server is down temporarily.

Maybe you should Relaunch Honkai: Star Rail to ensure that the game connects properly to the official game servers. As there may be some minor errors while trying to connect in the previous session.

After confirming that the servers are online, problem may be on your side. Double check that your internet connection is fast and stable.

Make sure to close all downloading apps. As this slows down your internet speed, thus affecting your overall connection to the game.

Connection errors was one of the few internal issues in the game that prevented players from logging into their accounts and playing the game.

The most common reason is that there are some obstacles when trying to connect to the server. Such as a poor internet connection, a corrupted game file, or the official server is offline for maintenance.
